Free Speech Watch|All civil liberties must be respected, even in times of national emergency, however, the Freedom of Speech afforded by the U.S. Constitution is arguably the most important. The 1st amendment says, “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech.” There is no reference whatsoever to whom or what does the speaking. This amendment deals only with speech. If Obama and Congress want to discriminate … that corporations are not individuals and therefore are not entitled to 1st Amendment protection, I say take another look at our legal system and you will see that corporations have indeed enjoyed the protections of our Bill of Rights … …
