			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On October 8th 2011, we gathered on the people&#39;s legislative plaza the place designated by the state as the place for <em>free speech</em> in our state, to voice the people&#39;s discontent with the state of our country and our elected officials, who time and time again failed to follow the people&#39;s will. <b>&#8230;</b> Both rights promised by the Constitution of the <em>United States</em> and the State of Tennessee. The state has already once chosen to violate our <em>civil rights</em>, arresting citizens gathered in peaceful protest.</p>
